IPZilla Database Access AgreementDatabase Access Agreement • June 19th, 2009
Member will be provided access and usage privileges to the Eclipse’s IPZilla (as defined herein), subject to Member’s acceptance of and adherence to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. As used herein, “IPZilla” means the database created and operated by the Eclipse, which contains various submissions of IP contributions to the Eclipse Foundation’s IPZilla application, as well as related information (including, without limitation, confidential and personally identifiable information), from and about third parties that have contributed to IPZilla.
