is effective as of the 20th day of April, 2007, by the Community Foundation of Greater Flint (“Community Foundation”), a Michigan non-profit corporation having its principal office at 502 Church Street, Flint, Michigan 48502, and a committee (“Formation Committee”) which has been formed for the purpose of establishing a geographic affiliate fund, a permanently endowed charitable fund, in the Davison, Michigan area, to be known as the DAVISON COMMUNITY FUND (“Fund”) to benefit the people of the Davison area.
