This AMENDMENT Number One (hereinafter “Amendment”) to Contract Number MA-057- 14010529 is made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter “County”), acting through the Orange County Probation Department (hereinafter “Probation”), and GEO Reentry Services, LLC (hereinafter “Contractor”), which are individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
