These terms and conditions including the schedules herein constitute the DBS Treasures Agreement (“Agreement”). The Agreement must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms we may impose, including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions Governing Accounts as may be amended from time to time, which together with this Agreement shall constitute the Terms and Conditions that will govern your relationship with the Bank as a DBS Treasures customer, and any services provided to you as a DBS Treasures customer. Please read them carefully before opening any Accounts or using any Services available to you as a DBS Treasures customer under this Agreement.
