This Material Transfer Agreement is between DBVPG and the RECIPIENT of DBVPG MATERIALS. It applies to the use, handling, supply and any disposition of the MATERIAL supplied by DBVPG. DBVPG will transfer the MATERIAL under the terms and conditions specified below. The RECIPIENT - being end-user, intermediary or culture collection/BRC - accepts these terms and conditions by placing an order with DBVPG.
