These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Zuto Limited, (“us”) and the Dealer (“you”) from the agreement date unless or until superseded by further agreement.

This Agreement governs Dealer’s sale of Lennox Equipment for use in a Residential Application (as defined below).

These Dealer Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are incorporated by reference into any Polly-issued order form referencing these Terms (collectively, “Order Form”), executed between the Dealer identified on the applicable Order Form (“Dealer”) and Polly Insurance Agency, LLC (“Polly”) (the Order Form and these Terms, as each may be amended from time to time, is referred to as the “Agreement”). This Agreement replaces all previous agreements and understandings between Polly and Dealer with respect to the subject matter of the Agreement. Dealer and Polly are each referred to individually as a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:

These Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference into all Order Forms entered into between Rollick, Inc. (Rollick) and the participating dealer (Dealer). These Terms and Conditions and the Order Form executed by the parties constitute a binding agreement between Dealer and Rollick and are referred to collectively as (the Agreement). Rollick operates digital marketing services on behalf of members of third party organizations and its participating dealers. Rollick provides services to the Outdoor Recreational Industry through a proprietary technology platform (the Rollick Management Console or System).
