This Agreement contains the terms and conditions applicable to your Card(s) (as defined below) and (where you are the Principal Cardmember) your Designated Account (as defined below). Please read them carefully before you sign or use the Card(s). Upon signing or using the Card(s), you will be bound by this Agreement. When you read this Agreement, “you” and “your” means the person named on the Card. The words “we”, “our” and “us” refers to Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and its successors and assigns. If you are the individual requesting us to issue the Card(s) to you, you will be known as the “Principal Cardmember” and the cards issued to you (with the exception of Supplementary Card(s), defined below) will be known as the “Principal Card”. The Principal Cardmember is required to have a Designated Account with us. If you are not the Principal Cardmember and you have received the Card(s) upon the request of a Principal Cardmember to be used in conjunction with the Principal
