This Debt Management Policy (the “Debt Policy”) was approved by the Authority’s Board of Directors on November 28, 2022. The Debt Policy may be amended by the Board of Directors as it deems appropriate from time to time in the prudent management of the debt of the Authority. The Board of Directors may approve debt that is not consistent with this Debt Policy without amending this Debt Policy, and such approval shall constitute a waiver of this Debt Policy.
