POLYCOM DEBUG AND/OR TEST SOFTWARE AGREEMENTDebug and Test Software Agreement • August 24th, 2018
Polycom from time to time permits customers to use Debug and/or Test software in order to gather information regarding specific reported issues in the applicable product which may enable Polycom to improve them or to allow customers to test software updates (“Purpose”). This Agreement sets forth the conditions under which Licensee may use the Debug and/or Test software (along with their documentation the “Products”) solely for the Purpose. The products are solely for evaluation use, and may not be used in a production environment.
