These DEC Institute terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into between you (“you” or “Examinee”) and DEC Institute, (“DEC”) as of the date you click “I agree” in the buying process on DEC´s website (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement governs your participation in the DEC Institute Certification Program (“Certification Program”) and may be updated from time to time.
