This Agreement applies to the software Tool access and provision and receipt of data, and other services made available by Birgli to the Customer as stipulated in the applicable Order Form or Subscription Section or elsewhere in the Tool or as otherwise agreed in writing (including electronically) between Birgli and the Customer.
