This Decision Support Services Contract (Contract) is made by and between the State of Mississippi State and School Employees’ Health Insurance Management Board (Board), acting administratively through the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), and ________________, (Vendor) on January 1, 2020, under the following terms and conditions under which the Vendor agrees to provide services to the Board relating to the State and School Employees’ Life and Health Insurance Plan (Plan), and any other plans/programs for which the Board is or becomes responsible during the term of this Contract.
