WHEREAS, stormwater management facilities on the Property will be connected to the City’s stormwater utility system, and the City’s system and the surface waters of the City and the State may be adversely affected by the operation and maintenance of stormwater management facilities on the Property; and

and between KEVIN WARREN and HELEN MAYBERG, with an address of 60 Black Brook Road, Beford, New York 10576, (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Owners” or “Grantors”), and the TOWN OF BEDFORD, a duly organized municipal corporation of the State of New York, with its principal offices at 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills, New York, 10507 (the “Town” or “Grantee”) (collectively the Town and Owners are referred to as the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
