This Declaration, Release & License Agreement (“Agreement), dated as of October __, 2022, when signed by both parties will constitute a valid and binding agreement between you, the creator (“Creator”), and us, Warner Bros. Pictures Worldwide Marketing, a division of Warner Bros. Distributing Inc., and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns (“Warner”) with respect to the granting of an exclusive license to use the artwork, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein, that is an original design created by Creator (the “Materials”) for the creative invite promotion (“Promotion”) hosted by TLNT Group, LLC (“Talenthouse”) and inspired by Warner’s film Black Adam (“Film”) for use in connection with the advertising, marketing, and distribution of the Picture and any sequels or prequels thereof.
