AGREEMENT FOR THEDefense Economic Adjustment Assistance Grant • February 5th, 2018
THIS AGREEMENT is between the Office of the Governor, Texas Military Preparedness Commission, P.O. Box 12428, Austin, Texas 78711 (“OOG” or “Grantor”), and City of Corpus Christi (“Grantee”). OOG and Grantee are referred to collectively as the “parties.” The parties hereto have severally and collectively agreed and by the execution of this Agreement are bound to the mutual obligations and to the performance and accomplishment of the tasks described herein.
