THIS DEFFERED PUBLIC FACILITIES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this ________ day of January, 2022 by and between the TOQUERILLE CITY, a Utah municipal corporation, (“City”) and FIRELIGHT DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Utah corporation, and its successors and assigns (collectively “Firelight”). Throughout this Agreement, the City and Firelight may be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “the Parties”.
