Consistent with Section ___ of the Agreement, ___, as used in this Exhibit ___, unless the context requires otherwise, (a) “including” (and any of its derivative forms) means including but not limited to, (b) “may” means has the right, but not the obligation to do something and “may not” means does not have the right to do something, (c) “will,” “must” and “shall” are expressions of command, not merely expressions of future intent or expectation, (d) “or” shall not be exclusive, (e).words used in the singular include the plural, the plural includes the singular, and the neuter gender includes the masculine and the feminine, and (f) the words “herein,” “hereof,” and “hereunder” and other words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular Article, Section, Subsection or other subdivision.
