ContractDelegation Agreement and Work Plan • November 26th, 2020
The revised rules adopted on October 23, 2000, require a Delegated County to prepare a Delegation Agreement that describes the county’s plans/strategies and goals for administration and implementation of the feedlot program. The attached Work Plan satisfies the Minnesota Rules Chapter 7020 requirement that the Delegation Agreement must be reviewed and approved by the Delegated County and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) annually.
