This Agreement for Delivery and Acceptance of Food Waste Slurry (“Slurry”) at Joint Water Pollution Control Plant (“Agreement”), is entered into this 10 th day of November , 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between Finley Industrial Services, a Texas limited liability Company, (“COMPANY”) and County Sanitation District No. 2 of Los Angeles County, a county sanitation district organized and existing pursuant to the provisions of the County Sanitation District Act, California Health and Safety Code section 4700 et seq. (“District”). COMPANY and the District are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” and may be referred to individually as a “Party.”
