These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding Agreement between you and 102130706 Saskatchewan Inc., a company incorporated according to the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada, and its parent companies, holdings, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Tutors On Demand”) that governs the use of the website https://www.tutorsondemand.com, mobile apps that are at any time developed, and other websites, developments, and/or additional programs that, directly or indirectly, are used by Tutors On Demand to allow the Users to publish, offer, search, and schedule services within the platform called Tutors On Demand (collectively, the “Platform”). When used in these Terms, “us”, or “ours” refers to Tutors On Demand.

By Executing the On-Demand Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) and/or accessing or using MNJ Software, Inc.’s (“MNJ Software”) proprietary On-Demand Service, these On-Demand Terms of Service (“TOS”) are hereby set forth under and incorporated by reference into Agreement. MNJ Software may modify these TOS at its sole discretion. Any such modification is effective upon the earlier of notice to you or the modifications being posted on MNJ Software’s website. You accept any modification to these TOS by continuing to use the On-Demand Services. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed them in the On-Demand Service Agreement.
