The LICENSE HOLDER intends to allow the persons under the supervision of the LICENSE HOLDER (RELATED PERSONS) to work as occupationally exposed persons in the OPERATOR's radiation protection areas. This requires a delimitation of the obligations and ensuring compliance with them, in particular according to § 70 StrlSchG, of the respective radiation protection responsibles / radiation protection officers of the LICENSE HOLDER and the OPERATOR.
