This Agreement is made by and between Campbell County School District No. 1, hereinafter referred to as “District,” and Silver Nail Construction, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," with the Wyoming State Construction Department (SCD), School Facilities Division (SFD), 2300 Capitol Avenue, Unit D, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, hereinafter referred to as “SFD,” as a third party beneficiary of the Agreement.
