AGREEMENT FOR THE OLD CITY HALL (the “Demolition Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2022, by and between the city of Ketchum, Idaho, a municipal corporation of the state of Idaho (the “City”), and the Urban Renewal Agency of the city of Ketchum, Idaho, also known as the Ketchum Urban Renewal Agency, an independent public body corporate and politic (the “Agency”), individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
