The supply of all goods and/or services to Portman Healthcare Limited and Dentex Clinical Limited and any company, subsidiary or holding company from time to time of either entity or its group companies (“Portman Dentex”) is subject to these Supplier Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). Portman Dentex is a corporate dentistry provider and owns a range of dental practices across the UK and EU. Therefore, any goods and/or services provided to Portman Dentex may be utilised in dental practices within the company structure.
