This Public Access Production Compliance Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs all media, content, series, or programs (collectively, “Video Content”) submitted by “Member” to the City and County of Denver’s (the “City”) public website to air on its public access television channels (“Public Access Channels”) managed by Denver Community Media (“DCM”), acting for and on behalf of the City.
