This is a legally binding contract. By signing the Signature Card associated with your Account(s), you have agreed that your account will be bound by these Terms and Agreements, the signature card, and applicable State and Federal Laws and Regulations. We agree to follow them also. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Agreements and something said by one of our employees, the Terms and Agreements will control the resolution of this conflict. You agree to this method of settling any differences. The Bank reserves the right to reject accounts at its sole discretion and the Bank reserves the right to close accounts at any time, at its discretion, for any or no reason. You authorize the Bank to check your credit and report information regarding your credit history with us to consumer reporting agencies and third parties requesting such information.
