You, the undersigned, enter into this ICS Deposit Placement Agreement (this “Agreement”) with First Western Bank & Trust (“we” or “us”). This Agreement states the terms and conditions on which we will endeavor to place funds of yours into deposit accounts at other depository institutions from a transaction account with us into which you have deposited funds for such placement (the “Transaction Account”).
