This Western Nebraska Bank Mobile Deposit Service User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by Western Nebraska Bank (the “Bank”) and you, the Customer. The Agreement governs your use of the Mobile Deposit Service (the “Service”). By enrolling to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and keep it for future reference. In addition to this Agreement, your Account is also governed by our Signature Card/ Deposit Agreement, Electronic Banking Terms and Conditions
