(“District”), a conservation and reclamation district created and operating pursuant to Article XVI, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution and Chapters 49 and 54 of the Texas Water Code, as amended; the Central Bank (“Bank”), and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (the “Safekeeping Institution”).

(“Depositor”) has selected (“Bank”), as a depositor for certain of its funds. Bank has agreed to act as the depository for those funds in accordance with applicable laws, which require that Bank secure the deposited funds, to the extent not permitted by the laws of the State of Texas (“Approved Securities”). (“Custodian”) has agreed to hold the pledged securities in safekeeping pursuant to the terms of this agreement.
