The Junior Counselor and Resident Assistant positions are developmental programs for student leaders. Student staff positions are open to any member of the St. Olaf Community who is in good academic standing, with preference given to those with Junior and Senior Class standing. The Student Staff program is considered to be an integral part of the Residence Life office. Individuals selected to be on staff possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to student life at St. Olaf.
