Contract Type FiledJune 9th, 2017APPLICABILITY. – The attached model agreement is one of six models for the provision of environmental assistance to non-Federal interests in Ohio and North Dakota pursuant to Section 594 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999, Public Law 106-53, as amended (Section 594) projects. The following descriptions of the six models are provided to assist in determining the correct model to be used for your project. None of the models discussed below should be used for the provision of environmental infrastructure assistance pursuant to any other authority. Models for the provision of environmental infrastructure assistance pursuant to other authorities can be found in the approved model section of the PPA Web page. If there is no approved model posted in the approved model section of the PPA Web page that is applicable to your particular environmental infrastructure authorization, the District Project Delivery Team should consult with the appropriate HQ RIT for guidance on drafting the

The Federal share will be provided in the form of reimbursement. This model should not be used for implementation of projects under any of the other environmental infrastructure authorities, an agreement addressing design only of a Section 130 project, an agreement addressing construction only of a Section 130 project, nor for any Section 130 projects where the work will be performed by the Government.
