WHEREAS, DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER represents itself to be a professional engineering firm meeting the stated pre-qualification criteria for selection from <<PSB YY- N, Item NN>>, staffed with professional licensed engineers, experienced and able to perform the engineering design services required for said contract, and it is in the best interest of the TOLLWAY to accept said proposal.
