Submitted for your approval and execution is the attached Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office and The United States Marshals Service, Prisoners Operations Division for the housing, safekeeping and subsistence of Federal detainees.

This amendment is to add housing for US Marshals Service Federal juvenile prisoners on the current IGA listed in BLOCK 1 at the per diem rate of $120.00, guard transportation services for juvenile prisoners at the current rate of $26.00 hourly, and adding Western District of Oklahoma and Eastern District of Oklahoma to the current IGA listed in BLOCK 1 as authorized users.
