THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this day of , 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between NEW URBAN COMMUNITIES, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company (the "Developer") and the MARGATE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a dependent district of the City of Margate, Florida (the "CRA").
