OPUS is planning to develop a 265,000 square foot structure for lease to Bosch Automotive Services. The Council approved the TIF plan and the plat in March of this year. Since that time Staff, the Developer, and Bosch have been working on all of the final development agreements that are needed prior to construction. The Council is being asked to approve the following agreements to facilitate this development:
