This Amended and Restated Development and Commercialization Funding Agreement (this “Agreement”), made effective as of May 4, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Reata Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Reata”), and BXLS V – River L.P.
