This Agreement is entered into by and between Basin Lumber Company, Inc., an Idaho-registered corporation with an address of 1251 W 2000 S ("Developer"), and the City of Driggs, Idaho, with an address of 60 S Main Street, Driggs, ID 83422 ("City") (jointly, “Parties”).
