This agreement is made this the 24th of May, 2022, amended on the 21st day of November, by and between the Brooklyn Park Economic Development Authority (the “EDA”), a public body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and the Liberian Business Association of the Diaspora, (LIBA, the “Consultant”), a Minnesota nonprofit corporation located at 6248 Lakeland Ave North Suite 206E, Brooklyn Park MN 55428, to provide project management services related to the Small Business Center.
