WHEREAS, Section 6.85.050 of the City of South Lake Tahoe City Code sets forth certain conditions on the construction and/or conversion, occupancy and use of accessory dwelling units authorized by California Government Code section 65852.2, and requires the recordation of a deed restriction with respect to said conditions prior to issuanceof a building permit for a Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit; and
