THIS REAL PROPERTY PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 29th day of October 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Jewel’s Real Estate 1086 MASTER LLLP Pennsylvania partnership AND Ameri Metro, Infrastructure Cryptocurrency Inc., a Delaware company (“Seller”), and Ameri Metro, Inc., a Delaware company (“Buyer”).
