Please read this Diablo Partner Program Member Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully. It is a binding legal document that explains the terms for participating in the Diablo Partner Program (the “Program”). Each participant in the Program will be described in this Agreement as a “Program Member.” You are not a Program Member unless and until Blizzard accepts you as one and sends you a message notifying you of your approval as a Program Member.
