IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY: This DIBELS Data System Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) ("You" or "Your") and the University of Oregon, a public institution of higher education located in Eugene, Oregon ("Oregon") for use of the DIBELS (Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills) Data System ("DIBELS Data System").
