This agreement, made and entered into this 12th day of September, 2022, by and between the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of Dickinson, Stark County, North Dakota (hereinafter referred to as “District”) and the Dickinson Adult Hockey League of the City of Dickinson, Stark County, North Dakota (hereinafter referred to a “DAHL”).
