This Agreement, along with the terms and agreement governing your applicable Apple Bank for Savings account(s) and Visa® debit card, describe your rights and obligations when using Apple Bank Digital Card Services (the “Service”) through Apple Bank for Savings (“Apple Bank” or “Bank”), a New York state-chartered savings banking corporation, Member FDIC. This Agreement also describes the Bank’s rights and obligations for the Service.
