By bidding on, purchasing, receiving as a prize, or otherwise obtaining a non-fungible token (“NFT”) created by Lincoln Holdings LLC d/b/a Monumental Sports & Entertainment on behalf of itself and its affiliates including Lincoln Hockey LLC dba Washington Capitals), Washington Bullets LP dba Washington Wizards, Lincoln Mystics LLC dba Washington Mystics (“Monumental” “we” or “us”), either through an initial transfer from Monumental or a subsequent transfer from the prior owner of the Digital Collectible (as defined below), you agree to these Digital Collectible Terms and Conditions by and between you and Monumental (these “Terms and Conditions ”) and the applicable terms and conditions of any NFT marketplace on which you purchase, sell, trade or custody the Digital Collectible.
