This Contract MA-060-18011598 for Digital In-Car Police Video System (PVS) and Software Solution Maintenance (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter referred to as “County”), and L3 Mobile-Vision Inc. SF Mobile-Vision, Inc., with a place of business at 400 Commons Way, Suite F, Rockaway, NJ 07866 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), with a County and Contractor sometimes referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
