This Agreement, (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”), to provide maintenance of Digital In- Car Video System (PVS), is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between L-3 Communications Mobile-Vision, Inc., with a place of business at 90 Fanny Road, Boonton, NJ 07005, (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter referred to as “County”) which may be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
