This DIGITAL SIGNAGE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of October 11, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (“WRT”), and NewSight Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“NewSight”).

Subscriber agrees to purchase the following Hardware and Setup Fees and Digital Media Services as indicated below. Hardware and Setup Fees will be invoiced upon receipt of this Agreement. Monthly subscription fees will be invoiced monthly or annually as specified below. Payment terms are Net 30. A late payment finance charge of 1.5% per month shall be added to all outstanding amounts due.
