By executing this Digital Transmission Service Agreement (the "Agreement"), AsiaSat and the Customer (collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as the "Party", and including their respective successors and assigns pursuant to the terms of the Agreement) agree that the Digital Transmission Capacity (as described in the Particulars) provided to the Customer by AsiaSat for the Permitted Service (as described in the Particulars) shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which comprises of: I.
