These terms and conditions (“Digital Wallet Agreement”) are a legal agreement between you and Purdue Federal Credit Union (”Purdue Federal”) that governs your access to and use of your eligible credit or debit cards (“Card” or “Cards”) through a digital tokenization (“Digital Wallet”). The terms "you" and "your" throughout this Digital Wallet Agreement refer to primary cardholders and authorized users of credit cards and to joint accountholders and other authorized persons with a debit card linked to an account, and any other persons you authorize to use your Cards through a Digital Wallet and the terms “we” or “us” refer to Purdue Federal. The term “Digital Wallet” shall include the any Digital Wallet branded payment functionality and the Card provisioning functionality performed, and transaction history displayed, by the Digital Wallet application. This Digital Wallet Agreement states the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply when you choose to add an Avadian Credit Union VISA® debit or credit card (“Avadian Card”) to one of the supported digital or mobile wallet services, such as Apple Pay®, Android Pay™, or Samsung Pay (each, a “Mobile Wallet”). By adding your Avadian Card to a Mobile Wallet, you can easily and quickly complete in-app, online and in-store purchases.

This Digital Wallet Agreement is an addendum to the Consumer Account Agreement and Disclosures (the “Account Agreement”) entered into by you and Axos Bank® (“Bank”), a federally chartered savings association and Member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and sets forth the terms and conditions which govern your use of any card (“Card”) issued by Bank and serviced by N26 Inc. (“N26”) when you attempt to add, add, or keep a Card in a digital wallet (“Wallet”). You agree that this Digital Wallet Agreement is incorporated into and made a part of the Account Agreement, the terms and provisions of which, except as expressly modified in this Digital Wallet Agreement, are hereby affirmed and ratified by you and remain in full force and effect.
